"Nice Grill, Nice Grill"
I’ve been happy with the grill itself — it works well and feels like a solid buy. Nice grill, really nice grill. My only complaint is that the accessories are way too expensive. Like, way too expensive for what they are.

"Showed up better than expected"
My egg got here sooner than I thought it would, and whoever packed it definitely knew what they were doing. I opened the box half-expecting to find at least some little issue, but everything was intact and looked just right. Can’t really ask for much more than that

"Got it fast, but the updates were confusing"
They had it in stock and it actually showed up sooner than I was first told, which was great. The only annoying part was the communication was a bit unclear, so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect with the delivery timing

"Pretty good for Big Green Egg extras"
I’ve ordered a few Big Green Egg accessories from this site, mostly because I’m always forgetting to grab what I need until the last minute. The selection has been solid, I found the convEGGtor, covers, and a couple other things without much trouble. One item I wanted was out of stock for a while, which was a little annoying, but I probably should’ve ordered it earlier anyway. Shipping was normal and showed up when expected. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done

"Nice Grill, But the Smoke Is a Lot"
The grill cooks really well, so no complaints there. Food comes out nice and it’s easy enough to use. But the smoke can get “pretty intense” at times. My neighbor has already complained twice when I used it on the weekend, which is a little awkward. Maybe it’s just my setup, but now I definitely think twice before firing it up

"Bigger than expected"
The grill itself works well, but it takes up way more space than I thought it would. I’ll admit, after I paid I started second-guessing the whole thing because the size wasn’t really what I pictured. It’s a good grill, just make sure you have plenty of room for it.

"Still Feels Like a Tank"
I’ve had my Big Green Egg for a while now, every time I use it I’m reminded how solid this thing is. Like, it’s heavy in a good way, everything feels sturdy, nothing about it feels flimsy or cheap. I’ve used it a bunch at this point, probably more than I originally thought I would, and it still looks great and works like it did on day one. It just has that kind of built-to-last feeling, where you can tell it’s something you’ll have sitting around for years and years without really worrying about it.

I needed a gasket and a couple of little random bits, and thankfully they were easy to find. Which, is more than I can say for a lot of places where you end up clicking through 800 menus just to find one tiny part. Prices were decent too, nothing amazing but not ridiculous. Delivery was a bit slow, which was annoying because of course the smallest parts always take forever when you actually need them. But everything showed up, it all fit properly, and the job got done. So yeah, overall I’m happy

I went with the smaller Big Green Egg because I didn’t want something that was a total pain to move. It’s still got some weight to it, for sure. Not feather-light or anything. But manageable. With a little help, I can get it into the car, take it camping, or just use it at home. That was exactly what I wanted. Happy with it so far.

"Mixed experience with my local dealer"
My experience with the local dealer was just okay. They weren’t rude or anything, but they also weren’t especially helpful, and I felt like I had to figure out a lot on my own. Some of the confusion seemed avoidable if they had communicated a little better

"My go-to when I’m out of dinner ideas"
I usually check biggreenegg.com when I’m stuck trying to figure out what to cook, especially on weekends when my family expects something a little better than the usual. There are tons of recipes and ideas to browse through, and it’s actually pushed me to try a few dishes I probably wouldn’t have thought of on my own. A couple of the recipes could be written with simpler steps, but overall it’s a really handy site when I need some cooking inspiration.

"Good grill, but parents may want to be cautious"
Overall, it’s a solid grill and the food turns out really nice. But if you’ve got kids running around, I think other parents might feel the same way I do — it’s hard to fully relax while using it. The outside gets hot, and the lid is heavy enough that I’m constantly reminding the kids to stay back. I wouldn’t call it unsafe as long as you’re keeping a close eye on things, but I do wish it had a few more built-in child safety features. For families with little ones, I’d probably give it 3 stars...

Delivery was quick, which was a pleasant surprise, and the packaging was fine too. Nothing was damaged, so apparently everything went the way it was supposed to. No real complaints

"Good grill, not my vibe"
The grill itself is totally fine, and I didn’t really have any issues with that part. But the owner groups just didn’t feel very welcoming to me. The vibe came across as a little snobby, and people seemed oddly defensive anytime someone had a different opinion or question. Maybe it works for some folks, but it left me feeling turned off and a bit disappointed

The site works fine overall, but my first reaction was kind of, why does this feel so complicated? The design looks a little old and cluttered to me. The pictures are nice, but the whole layout doesn’t feel very modern or clean.

"Good once you get the hang of it"
It’s easy to cook with after you get used to how it works, but I’ll admit the ash cleanup and keeping everything maintained takes a bit more effort than I expected, if that makes sense.

"Helpful demo, but I’m still on the fence"
I checked out biggreenegg.com after seeing some sales tips and demo stuff, and at first I was like, okay, this is actually helpful. They showed how the grill works, the different sizes, and what the setup looks like, which made it easier to picture owning one. But then halfway through I kind of switched gears and thought, wait, this feels a little too polished and salesy. I wanted more real-life pros and cons instead of just the best-case version. It wasn’t a bad experience at all, and I definitely understand the product better now, but I’m not totally sold yet

"Warranty worked out, but support felt slow"
I had a problem with the lid gasket and sent over the photos they asked for. To be fair, support did get back to me, but it was a few days between replies and I ended up having to follow up once. They did approve the warranty and shipped the replacement part, so that part was fine. I just expected the whole process to be a bit smoother for a grill at this price, especially compared to...

"Save your time and skip the digging"
I got frustrated quickly. The menus felt all over the place, and trying to find basic specs took way longer than it should have. If you’re just looking for simple info fast, this might waste your time
